About Us

To introduce ourselves, we are Phil and Helen, the proud owners of Monkey Tree Kennels.

In March 2021 we purchased Monkey Tree Cottage and Kennels hoping to establish and grow a family business. There has been a boarding kennels here at Monkey Tree for 40+ years and in 2017 the previous owners constructed a purpose-built facility to meet the requirements of a modern boarding kennels.

Helen and I have both come from a dairy farming background so have always been involved in caring for animals and putting their needs first.

We have an extensive fur family comprising of Buster the Dog, Cats Dusty, Cloud and Boomerang, Guinea Pigs Super Squeak and Lolly pop and Pygmy Goats Daphne and Delilah, meaning that we know just how important your pooches are to your family.
